From our initial meeting all the way through to the closing of our first home, Jonathon was both a complete professional and a very approachable all throughout the home buying process.
From answering our "off hours" text messages, to playing with our kids while we looked at homes, Jonathon became someone that we put our complete trust in.
As any one can tell you, learning the ropes in the home buying process can be quite complicated, but Jonathon was always eager to answer our questions, give advice and advocate on our behalf.
Overall, we did walk away with a great feeling about our first home and Jonathon had a lot to do with that.

Jonathan reached out to us early in our house hunting adventure, I didn't know the first thing about buying a house.
I hadn't even gotten approved for a loan or really looked at any properties yet; I had found a house on realtor.com and requested more information on it.
It just so happened Jonathan was the listing realtor and he got back to me ASAP, I had showed interest on other properties online but those realtors never even emailed me - still waiting on a respons!
So Jonathan called me that Saturday, same day I requested more information about that first property. We set up a meeting for the following Monday and he broke down the whole home buying process for us and we got the ball rolling.
He was very personable in our meeting and made us feel very comfortable about the whole home buying situation. After many months of looking for that perfect property, we must have looked at a couple dozen properties; always on evenings or weekends at my request.
Jonathan always made time for us and was so patient throughout the whole process, never once did we feel pressured to make a decision. Now, it's six months later and we are all moved into our perfect house! And a big part of that was our Realtor/Friend Jonathan Vonesh.
